As a property owner in the Chagrin Harbor Beach Association, you are also part owner in common with your neighbors in areas around The Harbor, one of these areas includes the yacht club.

The club features:
• Over twenty boat slips with floating docks
• Handful of floating jet ski docks
• Kayak & canoe storage and launching
• Facility with men and women restrooms, including full showers
• Kitchenette with commercial ice maker and refrigerator
• Patio with grill and outdoor furniture

The seasonal rates to rent spaces for your recreational watercraft are very affordable compared to other boat clubs. Plus, any excess funds are used to reinvest in the harbor community! No worries if you are only renting in the area, tenants also have the ability to rent docks space as long as there is availability after homeowners have reserved. In the past, there has not been an issue accommodating anyone that wanted docking space.
