Top 10 Things to know about renting our clubhouse:
Current Rental fees are: Mon - Thurs, $50/day and Fri-Sun & Holidays, $200/day
A security deposit of $50 is also collected, but it is returned once the clubhouse has been cleaned, garbage removed, and key returned.
Our website lists dates that are already reserved so you can click on the button above to see what dates are available and then contact the rental coordinator to reserve it for you.
CHBA Membership dues ($75) must be paid for the year to reserve your date and rent the clubhouse.
The rental coordinator will meet with you a day or two before your event to review expectations, the location of supplies, sign a rental agreement form, collect payment, and give you the keys.
Parking space is limited as we all know, so try to use the space efficiently.
If your event will have a lot of people attending, there is some additional parking space in the city lot by the pump station that you might plan ahead for certain guests to park at.
We can NOT have guests parking alongside River Drive east (left) of the clubhouse, as it is very hard for residents or emergency services to get through.
When you see the 'Clubhouse Rented' sign up, please be sure to not park at the clubhouse if you are not part of the event that day.
