Our Mission
The purpose for which the CHBA has been formed is to manage the real property owned in common by the members of the association for their benefit and for their best interests. CHBA is to protect, maintain, and improve Chagrin Harbor Beach Subdivision as a community.

The Dock Install Party has been rescheduled to May 31st.
Summary:
April 26th Dock Install was CANCELLED.
May 10th is tentative Dock Install date was CANCELLED.
May 17th would be Neighborhood Clean Up.
May 31st is the rescheduled date for the Docks In Work Party.
The Port Authority has contracted Huffman Construction to dredge our channel, as it has been determined that the water level is too shallow for boats. Huffman had estimated they would be finished with this work around May 9th, but that date is no longer accurate due to ODNR restrictions for fish spawning activity.
When the dredging equipment will be near our location, our basin will be dredged at this time as well.

Dockage applications, Proof of Insurance and Payment can be brought to the General Meeting on Monday April 14th, 7:00pm
