Thank you for visiting our website.  We strive to maintain the personal touch that has been the hallmark of our Chagrin Harbor Beach Community for the last 100 years.  We cherish our rich history while embracing and protecting our neighborhood's future. Check back often as we update information on our website routinely.

Our Mission
The purpose for which the CHBA has been formed is to manage the real property owned in common by the members of the association for their benefit and for their best interests.  CHBA is to protect, maintain, and improve Chagrin Harbor Beach Subdivision as a community.

This year’s theme: SUMMER FUN – We’re decorating and pulling a boat!
Kids and adults can ride along and toss candy to the crowd.

 Decoration Night:
Meet at Tim & Heather’s House – 35940 Wanaka Blvd
Thursday, July 3rd at 7:00 PM
If it rains, we’ll meet Friday, July 4th at 4:00 PM

WHAT WE NEED: Please drop off at Tim and Heather's by July 1st
Individually wrapped candy to throw to the crows (we need a lot!)
Red/white/blue decorations (streamers, ribbon, garland)
Pool floats and noodles (you’ll get them back!)

Planning to be in the parade?
You do not need to decorate to participate – just let us know you're coming!

Thank you boaters for your patience while we waited for the channel and our basin to be dredged. Additionally, Thank You to all that helped install the docks for the season!
Click the image to pull up the dockage application. Purchase your Port Authority Eastlake Ohio sticker when you pay for your dockage so you can avoid getting a ticket later in the season. Dockage applications, Proof of Insurance and Payment can be brought to the General Meeting on Monday April 14th, 7:00pm
